I was able to make it to Tampa on time and take my exam. Ray saved the day!! It’s great knowing there are still good genuine professionals out there.

I was having an issue with my car vibrating when I drive then stop , so they fix the rear brakes but it was still doing it ,so they had me bring it back and made sure I didn’t leave until the vibrating stopped , I am so happy now , my car is running good, no more vibration. I appreciate the courteous ,friendliness ,and the attentiveness from all of them ,specially Chris he was amazing.
I have the ceramic coating done to my car and it was amazing. The detail and the professionalism was awesome. Point had some scratches and they are all gone now

We came in to have a new key programmed. After waiting 2 1/2 hours (yes I made an appointment) we were finally notified that the car was ready. We were presented with a lengthy report including pictures posted on the internet of work that you wanted to do on my car. All very nice but all we wanted was the key programmed. We did not ask for nor authorize or want this extensive inspection done. The time you spent on this inspection was a waste of my time.

My initial service in the service dept a few years ago was terrible, I had a guy that completely ignored me, was rude and I felt like maybe even prejudice/racist. I requested a different service manager, then I was assigned Chrissy. Omg!! What a difference. She has always been so kind and always make sure my service needs are met along with a hug and a smile. She’s warm, friendly and very personable. I drive a long way to have my car serviced, but she makes the drive well worth it.
The staff is extremely kind and friendly. My vehicle situation is frustrating because it’s the third time having the vehicle towed there for the same issue.

This was my 1st oil change for my new Acura RDX. My only complaint would be the complimentary car wash. My car did not come clean and there was water spots all over it

Pretty good experience……was given an Enterprise rental car and I thought it would be just for the day however, called after lunch and was told it was a 6-7 hour job and it would be ready the next day. Worked out okay for my schedule…but just would have like to have known all that upfront. Enterprise staff couldn’t have been nicer! Great service! Regal washed car, nice touch!
