I was able to make an appointment for the next day to have Factory Accessories installed. I arrived at the Service Center, was quickly directed where to go and was promptly greeted by a Service Advisor. The work on my vehicle was completed much sooner than estimated and the work was impeccable. While waiting for my vehicle- I was amazed at how friendly and professional EVERYONE was. Staff was smiling and appeared to enjoy their jobs. Nowadays- that’s a rare thing. I was very impressed.

Amazing customer service, the manager and Troy Carter were very professional and assisted me with my vehicle purchase.

Arrived early to a scheduled appointment and was checks in 20 minutes late. Alondra, the service adviser was informative and helpful. The service was completed within the time she allotted. As in most shops, there were some petty charges that should have been part of the quote. There were greasy hand prints on the hood, and the vehicle was mot washed.

Great Service! Staff is friendly. How ever I'm still not happy with my 2018 Acura MDX. The tramission has given me problems since I've had it going on 2 years now. It upshifts and down shifts hard. I've had it flushed and serviced still does the same. I wish I would have known these had tramission problems beforehand. I like the car but owe too kuch money for the way it drives. I feel like I ate a xxxx sandwich in the end.
