I took my ‘19 Acura MDX for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection as part of regular scheduled maintenance. Chrissy Hartman was my service advisor and she provided great service. She was friendly and was attentive and well informed to help me with my questions. I was going to take the shuttle back to my house however she informed me the service would be done in about the same time I’d make it home and get back to pick up the Acura so I decided to stay and wait. They were extremely busy and the service tech advised me that it would be approximately 3 hrs for my car to be finished and gave me the option to reschedule. I chose to wait. He touched base with me periodically to update me on the progress and delivered my car at the 2-1/2 hr mark. Given the circumstances I’m not sure that I could have expected anything more

Typically good service.,although last visit was very disappointing. Scheduled service for a part and when I got to the dealership they didn't have it. Then they tried to say I needed to call and tell them to order it. A lot of miscommunication and time wasted.

Despite the 5 day delay in the repairs, the parts are working well and the family is happy.
My service advisor Jessica Torres was so helpful from getting my service setup, to getting me a ride home and picking me up when the service work was complete. She also called me to let me know how the work was going with my car. My service tech Manny Rojas also went above and beyond in fixing may car and explaining the work that he performed on my car.

A very responsive dealer! Courteous staff, customer focused. Always goes beyond expectations. This service was lacking only due to communications. The Eco-block treatment normally left the car's interior shiny and fresh smelling. When I picked up the car it did not look that way. When I questioned the service tech, he stated the products used had changed and no longer had the same results but effectively treated all surfaces.
